We learned that Tillamook is one of the few large cheese producers that make Kosher Cheese. The Rabbi (yup, that says Rabbi in red on this cheese making outfit) was nice enough to take some time out from getting cheese to the faithful to pose for a picture for me.......
Just kidding, that is really my picture of the Cheese Factory's picture of the Rabbi hard at work. blessing the cheese. ........
